What is Wags and Wiggles?
We’re your pet’s new bestie. We deliver a wagging tail in the mail, with unique customised boxes to suit your and cat. Christmas, Easter, Halloween – we have got you sorted!
Sit back, relax, and bask in the knowledge that your pet will always be pampered, because you’ve got us.
What different boxes do you have?
We have unique and put together with love boxes for every pet! With individual pet needs in mind, we have gift boxes for the snugglers, tough chewers, get wells, birthday boys and girls plus special boxes for fun and seasonal occasions! We also have our super fun monthly subscription plush toy and treat boxes
Are your products tested?
We would never send out a treat that might be harmful in disguise. All of our products are tried and tested, so you and your floof can rest assured there’ll be nothing but pampering going on with the arrival of your box.
How do I cancel?
We will be sad to see you go and hope to see you again sometime soon! Please either log in to your account you made when signing up and cancel your subscription or cancel via email at [email protected]
Can I customise the toys in the box?
Unfortunately you cannot do this via our website, however if there is something very specific in mind we can see what we can do as long as the price matches up and we have it in stock! We however, create special boxes catered towards different needs so we hope you find what you are looking for!
Do you have cat subscription boxes?
We currently don’t offer any subscription monthly boxes at this stage but rest assured! We will update you when we do!
What comes in a Wags and Wiggles box?
Each month’s box has a unique theme, announced a couple of weeks in advance (timing depends on when you sign up!). Every box includes a variety of goodies like enrichment toys, plushies, interactive toys, and a delicious treat. The mix changes monthly to keep things fresh, exciting, and engaging for your pup! How long does my Wags and Wiggles subscription last?
It is a 12 month subscription – however, you can cancel at anytime!
Can I change my subscription box type?
Our subscription boxes are pre-curated, so we don’t offer customization. However, if your dog has an allergy, please email us at [email protected] and let us know. While we can’t guarantee swaps, we’ll do our absolute best to find an equivalent treat within the same price range.

Subscription Orders
When are the boxes sent out?
We ship all Wags and Wiggles boxes between the 10th and 15th of each month. You’ll need to place your order by the 15th to receive that month’s box. If you order after the 15th, you’ll automatically be signing up for the following month’s box.
For special events like Easter or Christmas, we’ll aim to ship boxes earlier to ensure they arrive on time—provided you’ve made your payment before the event deadline.
Can I return or exchange items in my box?
We don’t offer returns or refunds unless an item is faulty or expired (which we triple-check before sending!). These boxes are designed for dogs who love plushies, interactive toys, and a bit of fun—guaranteed to bring them joy with high-quality treats and toy rotations.
What happens if I move?
Please let us know if your address changes by emailing [email protected] so we can ensure your box reaches you. We’d hate for it to end up at the wrong place!
What about shipping fees?
If you’re in a rural area and don’t select the rural shipping option at checkout, we may reach out to adjust your shipping fee.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us or logging into your account. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we totally understand!
When will I be charged?
You will be charged on the same date you signed up each month! E.g if you signed up on the 12th of Jan, you will then be charged again on the 12th of Feb. If payment doesnt succeed on the tried date, it will automatically re try again in the next 24 hours and so on.
Can I share pictures of my dog enjoying their box?
Yes, please! We love seeing your fur babies enjoying their Wags and Wiggles goodies. Tag us on Instagram at @wagsandwiggles.co.nz for a chance to be featured on our page!

How many eyelids does a dog have?
Dogs have three! Did you know our furry friends had three eyelids?
We could have counted two but ‘thankfully’, never seen the third one! That third lid is, called the ‘haw’ or nictitating membrane, which keeps their eyes protected and lubricated! It is a windshield wiper that keeps the eye clear and healthy. It is also responsible for producing about a third of dogs’ tears because it has tear glands at its base. Those glands and the third eyelid are crucial for fighting infections. When it’s closed, it is drawn horizontally across the eye to the upper, outer part of the eye

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We’re national, baby! Wags and Wiggles ships all throughout New Zealand, so you’ve always got the option of having one on the way.
Will you let me know when my order has shipped?
We love communication! We’ll send out a tracking number and all our best wishes when we’ve sent off your order.
Is there a shipping fee?
Your shipping will be calculated in our shopping cart .
What happens if my address is incorrect, but my order shipped?
If we have shipped your box, and it’s after the 10th of the month, try getting in touch with the new homeowner to see if they’ll redirect it to you. Unfortunately once it’s been sent off, the ball’s in your kennel!
What should I do if I have a problem with delivery?

When are boxes shipped?
If you’re spoiling a loved one with a gift box or goodies from our store we’ll send it out in 1-2 business days. If its a monthly subscription box, it will be sent during the 10th – 15th of every month.
How do I change my shipping address?
Oh my, imagine if your box arrives and you’re not there?! That’s the stuff of puppy nightmares.
